ER Physician

As an ER Physician, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients with a variety of conditions across the lifespan. You will work collaboratively with nursing staff, CT Radiology Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide competent and compassionate care.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled ER Physician to join our team and help deliver excellent medical care to patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities: • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of medical emergencies. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) to guide treatment plans. • Administer medications and perform procedures as needed in emergency situations. • Provide clear, concise documentation of patient care in compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines in patient’s EMR via EPD. • Communicate effectively with patients, families and coworkers regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care. • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists and primary care physicians, for ongoing patient care. • Adhere to all medical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines and company policies. • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and critical thinking in emergency situations. 

Requirements: • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. • Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred • Current and valid state medical license and DEA • ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
